WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. -- Tech. Sgt. Rennard Greene, 509th Medical Operations Squadron medical technician, keeps a steady hand while delivering a smallpox vaccination April 4 to a deploying Airman. Greene assists in a program designed to train local nursing students on how to deliver proper care to patients. Several local nursing students have had the opportunity to work alongside Airmen in the 509th Medical Group throughout their clinical rotations to get hands-on training with patients.
