From the Frontlines: Maj. Joel Purcell

SHINDAND AFGHANISTAN -- Maj. Joel Purcell helps his troops cut conduit to repair electrics in a 23,000 square-foot dining facility. During his deployment, Purcell was charge of a detachment that designed, managed, constructed, and maintained facilities and infrastructure allowing combat forces to continue their mission.
