Load Competition increases efficiency

WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo -- Tech. Sgt. Johnathan Haynes, 131st Aircraft Maintenance Squadron load crew member, ensures that a mock GBU-31 is properly swayed into position. The load crew competed in the Load Crew of the Year competition. The four-man team competed in a 45-minute timed load, dress and appearance, and a 25-question written test.
