The B-21 Raider program is on track and continues flight testing at Northrop Grumman’s manufacturing facility on Edwards Air Force Base, California. The B-21 will have an open architecture to integrate new technologies and respond to future threats across the spectrum of operations.     Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Ken Wilsbach & his spouse, Cindy Wilsbach, visited AFGSC, Nov. 19, for immersions into the command’s mission & modernization programs. This initial immersion, Wilsbach’s 1st official base visit as CSAF, underscored the command's pivotal role in the nation’s security.

  • Upcoming REAL ID enforcement

    On May 7, 2025, all AFGSC bases will require visitors to have a REAL ID to enter base as part of a nation-wide effort to enhance security and standardize identification requirements across federal facilities.

  • DAF provides B-21 Raider program updates

    The B-21 Raider will incrementally replace the B-1 Lancer and B-2 Spirit bombers to become the backbone of the Air Force’s flexible global strike capability.

  • Bussiere assumes command of Air Force Global Strike Command
