WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. - Frank McKinley, of the Whiteman Heritage Foundation, and Robert Rainey, Waco glider restoration project volunteer, hold an artist's rendition of a Waco glider in flight while standing in front of the original glider they are restoring, July 6.
