Brig. Gen. John J. Nichols, 509th Bomb Wing commander, addresses Airmen during a safety stand-down all call July 27, 2018, at Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo. After three years of zero reportable motorcycle incidents, base leaders cautioned members to review safety regulations and apply sound decision making in the wake of of a recent spike in rider mishaps.
