WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. -- More than 40 airmen from across Whiteman Air Force Base graduated Airman Leadership School on Dec. 6, 2018.
The first level of the Enlisted Professional Military Education continuum prepares senior airmen to be professional, war-fighting airmen who can supervise and lead Air Force work teams to support the employment of airpower.
During the 24-day course, students develop leadership abilities, and learn about the profession of arms and how to build effective communication.
