Team Whiteman Participates in the Murph Challenge 2020
Members of the 509th Medical Group take temperatures to screen participants to ensure they are not at a higher risk of exposure to COVID-19 before the Memorial Day Murph Challenge at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri, May 25, 2020. The Murph Challenge is held annually in memory of U.S. Navy Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a U.S. Navy SEAL officer. Murphy was awarded the U.S. military's highest decoration, the Medal of Honor, for his actions during the War in Afghanistan.
