In order to maintain proper pressure and avoid damage, U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Daniel Huffstetler, the 509th Civil Engineer Squadron water and fuels systems maintenance supervisor, adjusts the rate of flow of a defueling pump at Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo., Feb. 12, 2016.
