WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. -- Staff Sgt. Ryan Watts, 509th Operations Support Squadron weather training NCO in charge, plugs the tactical meteorological observing systems in a power source here July 20. The suite of automatic tactical weather sensors provides an automated collection of weather elements in deployed environments.
