A. If you are a commercial business you can be part of the Air Show by becoming a Commercial Sponsor? Please contact Dominique Valdez at the 509th Force Support Marketing Department at 660-687-7929 for opportunities.
Q. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO APPLY TO RUN A BOOTH AT THE AIR SHOW?
A. First you must be an established on-base Private Organization (PO) or an Unofficial Activity (UA). Information on establishing a PO or UA can be obtained by contacting Dominique Valdez at the 509th Force Support Marketing Department at 660-687-7929.
You must be current on your PO information. Annual reviews are conducted prior to any fundraising events, which will include the Air Show. The Air Show will be coming soon and the goal date to have all your documentation in for review is April 2017 or sooner.
ALREADY ESTABLISHED PO/UA:
POs or UAs that are current, stay current. It’s required to update yearly.
Q. WHERE CAN I FIND MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THESE BOOTHS?
A. POs or UAs interested in participating will be able to find more information via the webpage as more information becomes available. Information will also be available via the base bulletins as the event gets closer.
