Airmen, Soldiers practice emergency response during DLA fuel spill prevention, response training
Participants of a spill response course walk into a fuel storage and distribution facility July 22, 2020, at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri. Conducted in cooperation between the Defense Logistics Agency, 509th Civil Engineer Squadron and 509th Logistics Readiness Squadron, the course reviewed important spill mitigation and prevention actions and introduced attendees to fuel handling protocols and safety measures at Whiteman AFB.
