WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. -- Staff Sgts. Ben Simmons (left), and Brad Dugan (right), 509th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, present Lt. Col. Jeffrey Johnson, 509th Medical Operations Squadron commander, with a paintball jersey July 7 at the “Doc Pappy J” Hooah Lock-and-Load Paintball Tournament at Area 509. The jersey is made in the same style and color as the Northrop-Grumman team, which won the tournament, with “Doc Pappy J” and the number 509 on the back. The 7-man team tournament was held in honor of Colonel Johnson’s involvement and contributions to bringing a paintball field, Area 509, to Whiteman.
