WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. - Airman 1st Class Ricky Argenbright, 509th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, electronic warfare technician, performs an operations check on a B-2 spirit prior to flight, Oct 29. 509th AMXS crew chiefs work around the clock with B-2 pilots training and staying prepared for real world missions. Twenty B-2 Spirit aircrafts are assigned to the 509th Bomb Wing. The B-2's primary mission is to attack time-critical targets early in a conflict to minimize an enemy's war-making potential.
