Base residents line the sidewalks to witness the annual Fire Prevention Parade Oct. 10, 2015, at Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo.  Fire trucks from Whiteman and the local communities drove around base with Smokey the bear, Sparky the dog and J.B. the fireman and greeted residents with handfuls of candy.
